1) Wash your face, and moisturize with face lotion.
2) (Not necessary but if you have any minor pimples or anything you need to cover up, you can do the following:) Place a small dollop of liquid foundation on your finger. Applying foundation with fingers yields maximum coverage. Use your middle or ring finger, as your index finger doesn't provide the deft touch of your nondominant fingers.
3) Curl your eyelashes.
4) Take a thin eyeliner brush and take a little bit of the cake eyeliner onto your brush, using the edge.
5) Close your eyes, and move the brush along the line of your top lash line, as close as possible to your eyelashes.
6) Use your regular pencil eyeliner and line the bottom eyelid, very carefully on the inner area from your eyelashes.
7) Apply lip gloss.
8) Enjoy!
